The first part of the program is focused on the professional development of each participant. By starting
with the development of the individual before the on-going development of the companies, each
participant is able to nuture a professional persona that they can leverage during the program.

The program then enters a stage where participants pitch ideas, form teams and build companies. By leveraging the experiential learning environment created by building a company, participants grow their professional competencies while also taking and idea and creating a viable startup.

This immersive 2-day program will help increase your confidence in proposing ideas, tap your potential to innovate, polish your ability to assess new business ideas, and strengthen your persuasion and idea pitching skills.
Upon completion, you’ll be able to exercise entrepreneurial thinking, and will be equipped to apply these skills in your organization. It is not necessary to have a business idea to enroll in this program.
